The reception area and terrace were modern and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the buffet breakfast area was well, maintained and offered a variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel's location made it easy to navigate the city, with convenient access to key points of interest.
One of the major drawbacks was the condition of the bedrooms. the rooms seemed outdated and fell short of the expected standards for a four, star hotel.

This place was conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and cafes/restaurants. I appreciated the room amenities like the soundproofed rooms, mini-bar, and sitting area. The staff provided great service and were very friendly.
On checking in, I encountered a receptionist who was quite rude and did not give good service. However, I would still recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great experience in the city.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really nice and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to downtown and in a great neighborhood.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the Renfe station and the bustling shopping district. It is also close to a Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, with spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The hotel could improve the maintenance of the air-conditioning system, as some guests reported issues with dripping and potential flooding.

I was impressed with the front desk staff at Hotel Silken Indautxu. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, especially when I needed assistance with translating from Spanish to English. It made my stay much more comfortable knowing that I could communicate easily with the staff.
Although a minor inconvenience, there were a couple of small issues in my room. One sink drain was plugged, but it was quickly resolved when I reported it to the hotel staff.
